The crab and cheese puffs are good, but not good enough for me to order from them again. I ordered some food for delivery and they misheard me. One of the dishes they brought was incorrect. When I called them back they apologized and said they were busy and couldn't bring correct order; they told me to come to them the next day to get it for free. My mother called back on my behalf, explaining that I wanted my dinner today and that I couldn't come the next day. They told her an hour. We waited 90 minutes and the food never came. We called back again, and they said what I wanted was a different charge from what they gave me and that I had to buy it because they weren't going to take the (uneaten) incorrect order back. Basically, I paid for a meal i didn't want nor was willing to eat.
I placed a simple order for crispy spring rolls and Hunan Chicken, spicy, at a not very busy time of day. Easy, right? Apparently not. After waiting about fifteen minutes I was given a bag. I should have checked it before walking out to my car. Fortunately, i did glance inside the bag before driving away, to discover that only one order of spring rolls was in the bag. I had ordered two. I went back in with the bag and said that there was something missing. I wasn't expecting much but a simply apology would have been nice. Eventually a curt "I'm sorry." was begrudgingly said. Once home I discovered the spring rolls to be tasteless. To make matters worse, the Hunan Chicken was not at all spicy and there is something odd about this chicken. Not even mediocre, practically inedible food and lazy service. Negative stars.
manager gave me what I asked for. Two days ago I went in and ordered General Two's chicken thinking they couldn't mess up on this. When I got home I saw that I was given hard fried crunchy chicken. It wasn't what I ordered. They just give you anything. I won't go back again. They just Don't care. It was a waste of my money.

The lady at the register tried to charge me 7 dollars for a small fry, the day before I had ordered the same thing with a different lady at the same store for $2.10. And did not give me a reason at all to why she was charging me 7 dollars for a small French fry. Screw this place. If I could give them a zero I would. I'm a loyal customer here giving tips and all. Then my friend ordered the same thing and payed 2 dollars.
