Great customer service. Staff members are sweet and efficient. Quick and positive experience picking up and dropping off. Thanks. One negative and not easily addressed is the parking lot is frustratingly small.
Rachel is the best!!! I had to handle a billing issue in which I was not pleased about but her smile made my day all better. The other gentlemen was not as helpful and understanding as I would have preferred from a enterprise specialist. They have little to no cars on the lot at all times, they should stop letting customers reserve cars due to the shortage the branch already has. I was short on time ,let the representative know and received further confirmation that a car would be available when that indeed wasn't the case. Rachel went above and beyond to find me a car in the area and took the time to understand where I was coming from as the customer. She needs to be in charge!!! I recommend calling ahead to make sure she is there next time you need a car. Hassle Free!!!
Don't rent here!!!! Rented a vehicle with a small existing dent that was not noted during the walk around with the manager at the time of rental and upon returning the vehicle was told it was my responsibility. Now they're getting a free repair at my expense. Business must be suffering terribly for these kinds of shenanigans to be played. Called the damage recovery unit and the office was "closed for lunch"!! I remember the days when Enterprise was tops in customer service. Ironically enough, I rented under an insurance claim for damage someone else caused to my vehicle. What an "Enterprise " they've got going!!!
I tried to only give this place 4 stars based upon the condition of the vehicle I rented (could've been cleaned better, interior leather was also rather worn), but admittedly the staff and service won me over. Great bunch of folks who were all really attentive and professional. Would rent from them again.
The employees were very polite and accommodating for both the pick-up and return service. The customer service was a plus from both gentlemen who serviced me! Great job Enterprise!
