Went here Dec 2, 2017 for a TCA Peel for my legs. Experienced some hyper-pigmentation so I scheduled a follow up appointment a week later to get advice on how to treat the dark marks from the peel. Melinda canceled my follow up appt via text the night before because of a family emergency. A few days later she texted and asked me if I could come the next week on Saturday (Dec 22) and of course I said Yes. Since I never received an email confirming my appt as I did with my first scheduled follow up, I texted her the day before to confirm and I never got a response. I text her again the morning of and still never received a response. So basically she’s ignoring me and has no interest in taking a look at my skin to offer suggestions for the hyper-pigmentation. I paid this woman $750 for this peel and she doesn’t think enough of me as a customer to have me in for a follow up. This is pathetic and unprofessional and I would advise anyone reading this to stay away from this spa. I gave it a lot of thought before I decided to write this review, but after much thought, I’m going to post this review on all social media platforms and google.
