The crew at the R&D Cross in Upper Marlboro is always friendly and helpful without being pushy. They're quick to jump in to help with anything I need. Offering to carry stuff out to the car, special orders not a problem, they can keep a credit card on file if I want to have someone else pick up an order for me. Once I called them just as they were about to close and they kindly stayed open long enough for me to grab my senior horse feed for an ailing horse. I often need an item that no other hardware store or feed store has and they look it up and order just what I want. I've been a loyal customer of this feed store since 1996.

Always stop by to see the sales on plants, soil and dog supplies. Not a large selection of animal supplies but great with plants. One plus is they have vaccination's for dog's & horses that you would spend a ton for at a vet.
