I had a pretty good experience here. I just had to drop and hook, but the few people I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. So 5 stars
Typical big company. $300 lumper fee more than I got for hauling it for two days. Got my trailer unloaded but ran me out of hours waiting on paperwork. This place has no respect for drivers.
I will add that the guard force is filled with human beings who are kind and considerate. Kudos to them.
Long wait times have a staging area for trucks easy to park rude staff
The guards here are stupid.....ordered food to be delivered and the guards refused to let the driver bring the food to the truck. They allowed him through the gate but wouldn't let him drive up to the truck. I was forced to walk the whole way to the first guard shack to pick up my food even after the guards let the driver through the gate.
Typical C&S/Safeway...the dead could do the job quicker. Rude ass woman that works for Capstone. 1hr unload, 5hrs so far to break it down. Charged$444 to unload. Guards in 2nd shack doesn't have a/c and it's 90 out. Bathrooms are disgusting, they don't care about the employee's why would they care about drivers.
